Ensure displaying of StatusCodes

Description

A common source of error is that statuscodes/error messages aren't displayed or the according input fields aren't marked. Pustefix should ensure that error messages are always displayed.

we can't ensure that all statuscodes have according statusmessages, as statuscodes can be set dynamically within Java. Displaying errors or marking input fields is done by the used view templates, not Pustefix.
